Creative Car Audio

Car speakers sound AMAZING! They were very professional and helpful, and their prices were very competitive- they installed the new amp and re-tuned everything and I was in and out of there in an hour. I chose to go to them instead of another place nearby because the other place charged by the job, whereas this place just charges by the hour and I spent half as much. I didn’t know what to expect, but when I got in my car and turned up the music, I was very surprised to hear how amazing everything sounded. I don’t even know what they did but everything just sounds way better than the other shop I took this car to a few years ago. If for whatever reason I need my car speakers fixed or replaced, I will be back.

I gave these guys a chance despite the one recent review painting them as a bad shop and claiming they were being dishonest to customers. I visited the shop 2.5 weeks ago and met with Tony up front about a custom subwoofer box. He confirmed they build the boxes in-house and they are world champion car audio guys. The pricing was good, promised it a week later, and I was hopeful they would be a good option. I got a call 4 days later from a friend that asked me if I was getting a new box built at Creative Car Audio and I said yes but asked how he knew that. He told me they hired someone else to build the box and that builder dropped off the box that day to Tony. I didnt hear from Tony until I checked in next week and I asked him if that was true. He admitted they outsourced it despite what they told me and confusingly they built the box different from our discussion in-person in the shop in both size and design. I gave them a chance to make it right and stayed reasonable and patient. I wait a few more days and check in again with Tony and radio silence again for 2 days. Then Tony responds they think its best to part ways and they processed a refund. Here I am now 1.5 weeks after the

Super helpful service! I had an issue with my head unit, and they went out of their way to try to fix it on the spot. When it needed a little more time, they scheduled me for the next day, got my car in quickly, and fixed the problem with no hassle. I couldn’t be happier with the service or the gentlemen working there very professional and accommodating. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future speaker system upgrades!

Tony, Victor, and Chris provided valuable assistance in the installation of interior lights, USB cables, a dash cam, a new Android radio, and blind spot detection. They also patiently answered all of my inquiries. I wholeheartedly endorse the exceptional quality of their work and the welcoming atmosphere of their car customization shop. I especially commend Victor for his professionalism and unwavering commitment to personalizing your vehicle. Rest assured, he will guide you through every stage of the process and guarantee your complete satisfaction.
